职位描述
Major Responsibilities:
? Act as major corporate responsibility (CR) resource to the retail office leadership to drive supplier social compliance performance and development.
? Manage and develop supplier compliance capacity through orientation, monitoring, remediation and capacity building. Communicate with internal and external business partners.
? Develop and manage CR initiatives and projects, including training and workshops for liaison office team and suppliers.
? Support regional corporate responsibility management functions including policy and system development, cross-functional projects and reporting.
? Build industrial partnership with external parties and drive collaborative initiatives.
Qualifications:
? College degree required, preferably from Social Sciences, Business Management, Environmental, Health & Safety, or disciplines related to Corporate Responsibility.
? At least 2 years of experience in Social or Environmental Responsibility position, preferably with international apparel/footwear brands, multi-national vendors or compliance consultancies.
? Proven track record of leading projects and people for successful completion of programs/projects to achieve goals.
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
? Excellent command of spoken and written English, and Mandarin Chinese.
? Based in Zhuhai, China. Able to travel and work independently throughout China. Travel up to 50% of time.
