工作职责：

1. Process purchasing order per purchasing request, and release purchase order to supplier.
2. Keep closely tracking with purchase order, ensure to get the order status in time and update the information in database
3. Following up goods receipt, claim the receipt difference to supplier.
4. Well understand working processes and continuously refine them.
5. Any other duties assigned by the direct leader in routine work.
6. Embeds and promotes JCI Ethics policy, Mission, Vision and Values and procedures, Obey the quality requirements related with the position.
7. Drive, support and participate in the EHS culture creation, comply with and execute related EHS regulations.
8. Communicate and co-operate with operation department and division.



入职资格：

1. Bachelor -Engineering or Business disciplines.
2. Working experience： Min. 1-2 years’ working experience, preference with purchasing background and knowing SAP system.
3. Ability and Skill: Good communication, English written and spoken. Good Microsoft skills.
4. Others： Good team work and high responsibility.
