职位描述：
Title: Market - Technology Manager - China and Asia

Role and Responsibilities – To evolve with time: includes but not limited to;
? Develop (with the Global Market Manager) and implement the Market and Sales Plans for assigned applications and countries.
? Present Company Technology to Customers in assigned markets and countries. This requires the candidate to have a detailed knowledge and understanding of all aspects of the Company’s Technology and operations.
? Manage assigned Customer Accounts and develop strong technical and commercial relationships with Customers, Partners and 3rd Party Organisations.
? Provide Technology Solutions to Customer Programmes.
? Lead Customer Projects and be directly involved in all aspects of the research and development of technical and commercial solutions to meet Customer requirements.
? Identify and develop Customer Opportunities.
? Become the Technology Expert in the assigned applications.
? Develop the product technology within their assigned Technology area.
? Provide technical support within the assigned Technology area to customers in other regions via the assigned Market Technology Manager.
? Travel within China and the Far East.

Skills and Qualifications:
? PhD in Chemistry or alternatively an MSc with several years of industrial experience. The position is open to both chemists and chemical engineers.
? Good written and spoken English (for example TOEFL, IELTS, Cambridge English; Advanced, and Cambridge Proficiency.) as well as report writing.
? Customer Project Management experience would be desirable but not essential.
? Good Customer interface skills including technical knowledge and experience in bringing technical support to customers. Quickly grasp and understand Customers’ requirements and limitations in order to provide a suitable technical and commercial solution.
? Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technology as well as both technical and commercial skills.
? Project Management and Leadership ability.
? Attention to detail, uses own initiative with a continual desire to know and be directly involved in every aspect of the technical and activities.
? Must clearly demonstrate superior communication, interpersonal, influencing and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with key decision makers at all levels at both Customers’ and Internal Management.
? Demonstrated ability to quickly prioritize and operate in a flexible, fluid environment.
? Must be willing and able to travel within China and the Far East.

? 化学博士或者有多年工业方面工作经验的化学硕士。化学家和化学工程师均可应聘。
? 英语说写流利（如通过托福、雅思、剑桥英语和高级剑桥培训），可以使用英语撰写报告。
? 最好具备客户项目管理的经验，但不是必要条件。
? 与客户沟通的优秀技能，包括向客户提供技术支持所需的的技术知识和经验。能够快速掌握并理解客户的需求和条件限制，以向客户提供适当的技术和商业方案。
? 有能力快速学习新技术以及科技和商业技能。
? 有项目管理和领导能力。
? 工作中关注细节，有主观能动性，渴求理解并直接参与技术和活动的各个方面。
? 清晰展示优秀的沟通能力、人际交往能力、影响力和表达能力，可以与客户和公司内部管理层的各级决策者进行交往和互动。
? 能够快速区分工作的优先顺序，并灵活、顺利地开展工作。
