随着时间的推进，该岗位职责包括但不限于：
? 设计和合成适用于市场应用的新功能化材料；
? 开发生产功能化材料的合成方法和工艺；
? 与市场技术经理和全球市场营销经理一起紧密合作，开发公司的技术；
? 操作化学反应过程，包括一般的化学反应以及小规模到中等规模的实验；
? 工艺开发，优化公司技术的成本效益；
? 为指定应用开发和管理产品组合；
? 成为公司科技的技术专家；

要求和能力：
? 合成化学博士或硕士。化学家或化学工程师均可应聘。
? 英语说写流利（如通过托福、雅思、剑桥英语或高级剑桥培训），可以使用英语撰写报告。
? 有能力快速学习新技术。
? 有项目管理和领导能力。
? 关注细节，有主观能动性，渴求开发并直接参与技术和生产经营的各个环节。
? 能够快速区分工作的优先顺序，并灵活、顺利地开展工作。
? 不必必需具备功能化材料相关工作经验。

Title: Scientist -Synthetic Chemistry based in Qianjiang, Hubei Province
Role and Responsibilities (to evolve with time) includes but not limited to;
? Design and synthesise new functionalised materials for market applications.
? Develop synthetic methods and processes to manufacture functionalised materials.
? Develop the Company Technology working closely with the Market Technology Managers and the Global Market Manager.
? Run chemical processes involving general chemical reactions and conditions at small to medium scale.
? Conduct Process Development to optimise the cost performance of the Company’s Technology.
? Manage and develop the Product Portfolios for assigned applications.
? Become a technical expert in the Company Technology.

Skills and Qualifications:
? PhD or MSc in synthetic chemistry. The position is open to both chemists and chemical engineers.
? Good written and spoken English (for example TOEFL, IELTS, Cambridge English; Advanced, and Cambridge Proficiency) as well as report writing.
? Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technology.
? Project Management and Leadership ability.
? Attention to detail, uses own initiative with a continual desire to develop and be directly involved in every aspect of the technical and manufacturing operations.
? Demonstrated ability to quickly prioritise and operate in a flexible, fluid environment.
