工作职责：

一、资源开发
1、根据相应的需求，开发不同的供应源
2、建立供应链

二、供应商管理
3、对供应商进行比较，选择供方
4、编制供方名录
5、对供方评定
6、建立档案

三、采购以及管理
7、按照公司规定的采购流程实施采购相关活动，并持续改进，不断优化
8、信息系统的维护
9、确保物料质量，降低成本，及时供应
10、合同管理
11、部门人员的培训和管理

四、外部沟通
12、经常跟原料以及相应无聊的供方沟通，掌握最新市场动态
13、与供应商签订《廉洁采购协议》，要求供应商遵守

岗位要求
1、大专学历及以上，材料/无机化学专业
2、三年采购以及管理经验
