职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责公司轮胎品牌产品的销售及推广，开发国内代理商及销售网点；
2、建立和维护所辖区域的零售渠道；
3、负责销售区域内销售活动的策划和执行，完成销售任务；
4、搜集市场相关信息；
任职资格：
1、全日制专科以上学历，专业不限（市场营销，汽车相关专业优先）
2、2年以上轮胎销售经验，熟悉零售市场运作优先；
3、性格外向、反应敏捷、具有较强的沟通谈判能力及交际技巧；
4、具备一定的市场分析及判断能力，良好的客户服务意识和责任感；

Job responsibility
1.Responsible for the tire’s sale and brand’s promotion; develop domestic agency and sales network.
2.Establish and maintain the sales channels of the area in charge.
3.Responsible for the organizing and execute the perform activity to achieve the sales tasks.
4.Search the tires’ information of domestic market.

Qualifications
1. College degree or above, professional is not limited,marking major or any major relevant with motor vehicles is preferred.
2. Above 2-year experience in tire sales ,familiar with domestic tire sales will be preferred.
3. Open-minded character , think quickly, with strong communication and discussion skills.
4. Possessed with market analysis and judgment , with good customer service sense and strong responsibility.
