Position Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for maintaining of the equipments and instruments ,conduct trouble-shooting and repairing for equipments to minimize the impact to production running and reduce down time for production lines .
2. Ensure equipment files to meet quality control range, according to relevant regulations .
3. Participate in the daily equipment checking and recording.
4. With the operating personnel drying products and implementing freeze-drying work .
5. Assist in equipment supervisor to achieve validation and further verified for the key equipments and main equipments.
6. Formulated with equipment supervisor instrument equipment and accessories purchase planning.
7. Be responsible for new equipment into the factory acceptance, commissioning, installation, and providing training to operators fo rthe first maintaining.
8. Be responsible for the supplier or the contractor's site maintenance homework supervision, and ensure the safety and effectively.

Experience Required

1. Have good machinery and electrical knowledge, be familiar with PLC control and AUTOCAD.
2. Above 3 years equipment maintenance or equipment management experience, understand the TPM and GMP, with biochemical pharmaceutical or related industry background.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to take the initiative in learning and active attitude to overcome the difficulties in the work.
4. Be good at team collaboration and be responsible for routine work .
5. It is be considered prior to understand IS014001,OMS18000,EHS fundamental.

6.College degree or above in Pharmaceutical machine or Mechatronics engineering etc.; good computer knowledge and Ms Office.
