主要工作:

1. Assist to set up NPI process and template for external transfer projects.
2. Carry out the feasibility study for NPI projects.
3. Organize project team and execute the project plan.
4. Monitor the schedule of projects and control actual cost according to budget.
5. Lead the manufacturing cost analysis with production and financial team.
6. Participate the strategy planning of reagent manufacturing.

岗位要求：

1. Bachelor degree or above in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Industry Engineering, Operations Management or other related major.
"2. At least 6 years experience in project management and/or Manufacturing Operations in a MNC. "
3. Strong knowledge on NPI Project Management.
4. Good knowledge in 6 Sigma and / or Lean Manufacturing.
5. Basic knowledge in financial analysis.
6. Fluency spoken and written English.
7. Good communications skills, team player and flexible.
