职位描述：
Job Responsibility:
Customer Focus
1) Keeps up-to-date with internal and external knowledge of current and possible future practices, trends, technology and information affecting the appliance industry and customer behaviour and experiences to ensure manufacturing solutions meet the current and future business needs
2) Works closely with Project managers and Design leads and production team to ensure all parties understand each of the Customers’ interests, and to ensure the machinery/lines are a balance of their CI’s.
3) Process flow analysis and continuous improvement actions(Kaizen project) follow up

System design
1) Translates design briefs into project design decisions, project objectives and time schedules.
2) Facilitates high level decisions.
3) Pulls technical knowledge from Functional Teams and external suppliers
4) Participates in reviewing trade-off curves, seeking to understand impact on key customer interests.
5) Drives for wide exploration of alternative solutions.
6) Insists on fact based decisions.

Financial
1) Maintains a high-level understanding of the businesses finances and facilitates budgeting for future capital investment.
2) To deliver manufacturing solutions aligned with the budget in the Motor Business 5yr plan

Experience Need:
Position is for an experienced engineer:
- With leadership experience and capability
- Has an in-depth cross functional understanding of the business
- Lean/Continuous improvement/WCM experience
- Must have a proven passion for understanding and delivering to customer expectations
