Be familiar with the whole process of production.(after training)

培训后熟练掌握整个生产流程

2 Supervise all processes in different shifts.

在不同班次中管理整个生产过程

3 Following production progress based on production plan. Make sure the products can be finished according plan.

跟踪生产进度，保证生产计划完成。

4 Provide the support to production line. Solve problems for production in cooperation also with other responsible departments/persons.

为生产线提供支持，解决生产过程中的问题或者与相关人员配合解决问题

5 Supervise the workers to follow the instructions (WI,Safety,Quality,etc.)

监控生产工人按照指导工作（工艺指导，安全操作规程，质量指导，等等）

6 Support KPS implementaion in shopfloor; as part of the KPS implement and maintain 5S daily and during audits.

在生产车间监督、执行KPS，作为KPS运行中的一部分进行日常5s的运行和审核

7 Update regularly KPIs and other defined information at Team Info Board

及时在班组信息板上更新KPIs和其他已经指定的信息

8 Manage the production material in shopfloor. Keep all material clearly identified and in order

负责管理生产中的物料,确保所有的材料能够清楚的区分和良好的状态

9 Manage the equipments in production and implement TPM in shopfloor. Make sure all equipments are maintained properly

负责车间使用设备的管理和车间内TPM的实施。确保所有的设备进行良好的保 养。

10 Update regularly qualification matrix and create development plan. Ensure employees get suitable training and guidance from responsible persons.

定期更新工人资质矩阵，制定新的发展计划,确保下属从相关的人员得到合适的 培训和指导

11 Cooperate with other shifts(managers and teamleaders)。

与其他班次进行合作

12Hire the suitable workers for company.

为公司面试合适的工人。

Requirements：

1Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Electrical engineering and relative major or above;

机械、电气工程或相关专业学士学位或以上学历

2 More than 5 yerars Experiences work in similar position. Management knowledge in international company.

5年以上同岗位工作经验，跨国公司管理经验

3 Be good at with 5S,TPM ，LP;

精通5s管理，TPM和精益生产;

4 Strong communication ability, problem solving skills, and leadership skills;

沟通能力强，有解决问题的能力，领导力；

5 Good English in both speaking and writing;

英语口语及书面表达出色；
