PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES

· Gather and understand job requirements by effective communication with the departments, conduct effective interviews and cooperate with the departments to make the hiring-decisions, and handle offer letters for all job openings.

· Conduct exit interviews with employees to gather valuable information and deliver it to the management efficiently and properly.

· Gather data to provide various recruiting and attrition reports accurately and timely.

· Assist in developing new recruitment channels and expanding potential talent pool to meet new-hire demand and support business growth.

· Identify problems in daily work and provide constructive solutions to optimize and improve work efficiency and quality.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Minimum 2-year experience in HR field, including at least 1-year interviewing experience.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Good ability in time management

· Team work spirit

· Creative problem-solving skills

· Intermediate computer ability with Windows and MS Office

· Good verbal and written English
