QRQC、SQA
Root cause analysis for S1 and S2 and the corrective action implement and result tracking
S1和S2的原因分析、纠正措施的实施情况、跟踪实施结果
2.EHS 环境健康安全
Follow the global EHS target and build up the EHS methodology and measurement in Qingdao JV
遵循全球EHS目标，在合资工厂建立EHS相应的测量和方式方法
 Encourage all the employees to contribute on the EHS improvement proposals
鼓励所有的员工贡献EHS改善建议
 Deal with customer complaint root cause analysis response the customer and corrective action follow up
处理客户投诉的原因分析及响应客户，跟进纠正措施
To bring all necessary support to other Dept. Within the company or DISPEN LC
为公司内部或DISCPEN 克鲁佐等需要的部门，提供必要的支持

The full range of production technology, equipment, tools, and DISPEN parts are from Alstom France Creusot. The Ministry of Railways in China identifies Qingdao Alstom Railway Equipment Co. Ltd as the designated damper supplier for all bided railway train cars.
