General Responsibilities

- Detailed design and develop and improvement on new methods/fixtures and technology for production efficiency continuous improving.

- Analyzing and implementing effective measurement for plant improvement

- Cost analysis and cost reduction.

- Technical support to Production for rework profile ,tools operations

- Work, Cooperate and support with other department to achieve the general target of the company.

Specific Responsibilities

- Design and prepare tools and fixtures for NPD and productions.

- Create and maintain setting in SAP, including routing, storage locations, labor time, etc.

- Create and improve working instruction for production line. Train and instruct workers on correct operations, key manufacturing process.

- Create control points and critical size requirements for production during manufacturing process.

- Analysis and solve issue on document for production, including checking and maintaining BOM, pick list,routing, storage location, etc.

- Prepare rework documents for rework SO.

- Work with R&D engineer on prototype fabrication, design review and improvement

- Instruct and train workers on pre-series and TM products.

- Investigate and solve problems on productions

- Improve fixtures, operations for production to improve quality and work efficiency

- Work, Cooperate and support with other department to achieve the general target of the company.

- Other temporary jobs assigned.

Requirements:

- Be accomplished in raw materials, production design, production processes , layout , IE , quality control, costs control , and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture.

- Be familiar with machines , moulds and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.

- Have the knowledge of management principles involved in leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.

- Good command of English (writing , reading & oral).

- Knowledge of MS Windows, Solid Edge and AutoCAD

- Bachelor degree, majored in Mechnical Engineering or Industrial engineering .

- Minimum 5 years working experiences in manufacturing entity in positions of Methods (process engineer, industry engineer) or R&D.

- Team leader experience is perfect.
