职位描述：
Responsibility:
1. MARKETING STRATEGIES
- Establish and implement marketing plans for responsible product lines/industries based on company marketing strategies to support sales.

2. PRICE MANAGEMENT
- Based on original prices from headquarter and different clients situation, adjust the price of the products to maximize revenue and ensure the profit margin of the products.
- Monitor and approve different price proposals from sales function on different clients in order to keep the price within the price range and guarantee profit.

3. PRODUCT MARKETING
- Analyze and evaluate market trends, consumer trends and competitor activity to develop new market or industrial opportunities.
- Monitor sales volume of each product and develop marketing plans according to different situations in order to promote sales.
- Research and develop sales collateral, including brochures, catalogues, technical instructions, fact sheets, and information booklets, that is effective and appropriate for current sales strategy in order to inform the target market of the merits of purchasing its products and services.
- Develop solid knowledge on different products and work with direct sales on client visiting to support sales on technical issues or questions from clients.
- Build and maintain good relationship with related government departments and industry associations.
- Submit new product proposal based on China’s clients’ request.

4. PROMOTION
- Work with Marketing communication function, design sales collateral and prepare public seminars, trade shows, industry exhibitions.

Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree. Major in Engineering is preferred.
2. At least 5 years working experience in electronic industry.
3. Fluent Japanese, both oral and written.
4. In-depth knowledge of marketing, product developing and production.
