岗位职责
1、制定并实施公司人力资源招聘及员工关系管理规划；
2、制定招聘计划和程序，开展招聘工作；
3、参与职位管理、组织机构设置，组织编写、审核各部门职能说明书与职位说明书；
5、配合公司各部门工作，处理上级交予的其他工作。


岗位要求：
1、大学以上学历，人力资源或服装等相关专业毕业；
2、两年以上同等职位经验，具服装企业或奢侈品行业管理经验优先；
3、熟悉招聘渠道、薪酬、及相应法律法规、国家及地方政策；
4、有服装及高级定制业内招聘资源者优先；
5、具备较强的执行力和服务意识，以及良好的职业道德；
