3、负责公司离职管理，分析离职面谈记录和离职数据；

5、员工职业发展辅导，促进员工保持良好的职业心态。
任职资格
1、人力资源管理或相关专业专科以上学历；
2、一年以上员工关系管理的工作经验；
3、亲和力强，积极主动，有大局观，具有强烈的责任心和事业心，优秀的沟通能力和谈判能力，团队协作能力。

    Since the foundation of the company in 1893, KLINGSPOR has formed the history of modern grinding through a diversity of innovations. For more than a hundred years, KLINGSPOR has been a symbol for innovation, competence and quality. KLINGSPOR has 4 manufactory sites, 13 processing centers, 30 sales offices all over the world, and over 50,000 different articles in stock, providing customized solutions for the needs of regional markets. Our daily delivery are 200 tons of abrasives to 80 countries worldwide, from Iceland to Argentina, from U.S.A to Tahiti, “Made by KLINGSPOR” is very well received. Company annual sales achieved over 250 million Euros.

KLINGSPOR Qingdao imposes the same high quality standard and technology with KLINGSPOR Germany, to make sure the consistency of the quality. KLINGSPOR Qingdao owns investors of strong technology and professionalism, the stable customer channels and extensive overseas markets, in the near future; we’ll develop domestic market as well wishing to bring excellent products to China.
