任职资格
1、大学专科及以上学历，机械、工程、自动化等相关专业；
2、3年以上动力设备维护管理工作经验，熟悉设备管理流程，精通相关工程机械维修保养；
3、有3年以上设备管理经验和人员管理经验，综合分析能力强，制度建设能力强，具有组织协调及解决问题的能力和良好的团队合作精神；
4、具有极强的责任心及节能降耗意识。

岗位职责
1、制定设备管理的各种规章制度，出具设备、设施巡检表，并推进其贯彻执行；
2、保障设备的正常运行，及设备管理、维护、维修、保养, 确保工程顺利完成；
3、定期组织工程机动设备管理检查、考核；
4、组织或参与重大设备事故的处理；
5、负责部门员工的日常管理、考核，安全教育等知识的培训及技术管理和指导。
