Educational Requirements

· University degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Refrigeration or Production

· Fluency in English

· Computer literate (complete knowledge of Excel tools and Office package)

Job experience and Skills

· At least 4 years relevant work experience in quality and quality control process

· Strong leadership skills and leadership experience

· Quality tools knowledge

· Problem analysis and solving process

· Quality skills and production experience

· Experience in process audit, internal and external audit and component qualification

· CQC/UL/VDE approvals experience

Main Job Assignments

· Compilation of quality results, main indicators, as well as the analysis and improvements of those results.

· Define with the relevant team the corrective, preventive and spread action plans.

· Quality team management and training, also work on related improvements implementation.

· Preparation and participation in internal and external audits (customers, institutes, government etc).

· Develop monthly quality reports.

· Control the requirements to tests (HS, safety, reliability) and equipments calibration.

· Manage the quality costs.
