主要职责

1、负责汽车发动机冷却系统温度控制装置的产品设计；

2、有效的与客户沟通并理解用户的技术诉求；将客户需求转化为设计概念；

3、负责确定设计目标、产品特性；

4、与集团研发团队一道，参与完成关键设计输出，如产品设计图纸，3D数模，BOM，DEFMA等；

5、参与DV和PV试验，评估DV测试结果以及制定改善措施；

6、支持产品实施项目管理工作；

7、通过持续改进改善产品性能及生产成本；

8、对工程技术资料进行管理。

任职资格

1、本科以上学历，机械设计相关专业；
2、五年以上制造行业工作经验，有汽车行业经验者优先；
3、熟悉塑料，金属模具的设计和制造；
4、具备主导完成零部件级产品设计经历;
5、熟练掌握AUTOCAD、PRO/E、UG等设计软件；
6、良好的中英文交流能力，善于沟通。
