职位描述
主要职责
解决装配区域的与质量、成本、交期及环境相关的工程瓶颈问题并达成目标；
负责装配车间的工程变更及工艺变更控制；
分析车间相关质量问题，并与相关部门合作解决相关问题；
与其他工程师及装配部协调修订QC工程图；
与其他工程师及装配部协调修订设备检查表及维护日程；
维护质量控制系统；
计划质量目标，监督质量结果，并进行汇报
通过改善提高生产效率，达到成本目标
任职资格
大学本科或者专科毕业（工业或者机械专业优先）
三年以上汽车行业制造工程工作经验
熟悉汽车零部件装配车间的质量控制
熟悉工程变更及过程变更的控制
熟练使用各种办公软件
良好的沟通能力与英语水平
