主要职责

* 在全球销售团队框架下，负责特定关键客户群的市场开拓，产品服务和项目管理；
* 组织产品推介和技术交流；以及市场调研和竞争分析。
* 组织和评审客户RFQ/SOR, 与设计，质量和工艺团队一起形成产品定义、工艺流程和顾客特殊要求。
* 负责新产品成本核算，报价和竞标；
* 组织评审、签署项目各阶段的商务和技术合同，跟踪合同执行和关闭；
* 负责有关年度销售价格维护和年降的商务活动。
* 根据公司项目管理规范和客户的特殊要求，负责新项目阶段管控。
* 负责在成本，质量，和时效上，达到项目计划目标；

任职资格

1、本科以上学历，机械工程或相关专业；
2、三年以上项目管理经验，具备汽车行业项目管理和销售经验者优先考虑；
3、具备良好的团队合作精神和时间计划性，善于应对挑战；
4、具备积极的项目跟进和客户导向意识，较强的问题解决和关闭能力；
5、较强的协调与项目管理能力，熟悉APQP管理流程
6、较强的中英文书面和口头表达能力，善于沟通。工作语言为英语。
