岗位职责

1、作为公司成品、中转和原材料仓库以及客户物流的主管负责人，参与起草和制定有关的流程和规章，领导部门人员开展日常工作。
2、按照公司的规定，进行仓库的日常管理，包括原材料及时入库，合理安排物料在仓库内的存放次序，做好库位管理等。
3、按生产计划对生产线进行物料的分拣配送，保证生产用料需求，并严格执行公司关于物料的出入库操作的规定。
4、定期对仓库物资进行盘点，保障物料与财务的帐、物一致
5、负责成品的包装与发运，并及时把相关单据交财务部门
6、与物流公司及客户联系，掌握货物发运情况，确保发运的及时性。
7、负责优化存货周转率， 降低仓储成本。
8、按部门经理及公司要求提报有关原材料、成品、发运等的各项报告

任职资格

1、大学本科学历，物流相关专业；
2、四年以上生产制造型企业的物流管理经验，其中包括至少2年大型外企工作经验；
3、熟悉物料仓储及配送的操作流程以及现代精益物流管理模式，了解仓库帐目工作流程；
4、有良好的沟通技巧和解决实际问题能力；
5、良好的计算机操作技能，熟练使用Office办公软件，了解ERP系统；
6、具有团队合作观念，工作认真、仔细，责任心强；
7、具备良好的中英文表达能力。
8、有叉车证优化考虑。
