Responsibilities:
* Training planning , execution and follow up and evaluate the training effectiveness.
* Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.* Administer employee database, and prepare HR reports according to managers' request.
* Deliver all employee on-boarding and off-boarding services and maintain service quality and standards to meet SLA.
* Support department manager on recruitment, salary policy and performance review system.* Other tasks assigned by HR manager.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree or above in HR management, Business Administration or related
- Be familiar with labor law and government rules & regulations
- Minimum 3 years working experience in training & development function of multinational company
- Be experienced in people development
- Be mature in designing, developing and facilitating training program
- Have strong sense of communication and influence skill
