职位描述
Responsibilities:
? Organize and guide factory compliance team to fulfill factory compliance standard to meet customer’s requirement.
? Plan, organize and participate whole process of factory compliance effectively based on customer requirements;
? Coordinate related parties including customers, suppliers, third-party auditing centers etc, to get involved in every factory audit activity;
? Set up and keep good relationship with suppliers & customer, ensure they understand and cooperate with each others to make thing done smoothly.
? Review suppliers production process, predict the gap, advise, communicate and help suppliers on improvement from time to time;
? Keep good communicate with factory & Triboro, give suggestions on how to improve to make the corrective action plan in place.
? Learn latest policies and rules on factory audit and communicate with related parties, make sure they could understand and follow-up.
? File documents according to related rules, for further review and check;
? Ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.
Qualification:
? College graduated or above, major in garment or textile related is preferred.
? Internal Auditor Certificate related is a plus.
? 3 years’ experience of textile or garment factory social compliance/audit, including Quality, C-TPAT, Brand Protection, etc. Knowing well about European and US standards is a plus;
? Know well about factory compliance/audit process, related laws & principles, could fulfill factory audit, prevention, follow, and improvement separately;
? Could deliver Factory Compliance files and reports separately on time, could organize and lead factory compliance activity in Company;
? Strong communication and collaboration skill is a must, with strong team spirit;
? Good at planning and organizing, with strong sense of responsibility, earnest and careful, honest and faithful;
? Good at learning and implementation, good at problem analysis and solving, to give targeted proposal.
? Be flexible to handle things, and deal with conflicts efficiently
? Good English communication skills, good MS Office skills.
? Would like to take business trip tasks.

Orca Limited is the China Operation team for our US Company, Triboro Quilts. Orca is located in Chengyang, Qingdao.
Triboro Quilt Manufacturing, Inc. (“Triboro”) was founded in 1933 as an adult quilt manufacturer by Sam Kaplan and his partner, Jack Monblatt. The company was named Triboro as Sam and Jack first did business in three boroughs of New York City, selling comforters by day and sewing them in a loft on Monroe Street near the lower Eastside of Manhattan at night. Sam’s sons, Alvin and Lenny, grew up in the business and help transform it into a resource for infant bedding, pram suits and toddler blanket sleepers from the 1950’s to the 1990’s. Over the past decade the company has engaged exclusively in managing infant bedding, bath, sleep n play and layette branding and product solutions for major retailers. While our corporate office is based in United State (White Plains, New York) we are international in how we value our team, our business partners, our customers and the babies, their parents and the care providers who use our products. We have approximately 60 staff employees in the US providing product concept and design, technical and art management, sales management, production planning and execution, sourcing/ costing, finance, IT, and HR administration.
Our Orca operations, which is based in Qingdao, China, was established in 2004 to provide Supply Chain Management, Executive and Services to major retailers in new born and infant products. They are: infant bedding, blankets, bath layette playwear. Our commitment to quality and operational excellence has earned respect and admiration in the industry as a leader in value, product quality and timely execution. We have near 50 full time staff in china and S.E. Asia and three regional offices. We take part in working as one integrated team with our factory partners.
