职位描述：
To help establish quality system and quality management for Aller Aqual (Qingdao).

Responsibilities:
You will be part of the core team setting up the quality system, reporting to the Managing Director, with focus on creating an effective quality management system for future development.
Primary responsibilities are including:
- Establish quality policy and quality objectives based on the requirements and stands of head quarter;
- Participate in creating the quality related management policy and implement;
- Ensure the requirements in GB are fulfilled for the raw materials and the feed;
- Maintain the laboratory equipment and ensure them calibrated all the time;
- Maintain and improve the quality system and ensure all procedures/instructions are followed;
- Proactively take actions on deviations and customer feedback;
- Manage quality team and cooperate with production team to improve product efficiency.

Requirements:
- Bachelor or above degree, major in science, chemistry or food technology is preferred;
- Deep knowledge of ISO9000 system and QC management;
- Good problem solving skill and communication ability;
- Willing to learn new things and ambitious to grow up with new employer;
- At least 3 years of working experiences in the same position, food or fodder industry is more preferred;
- Fluent English communication in both verbal and written;

About Aller Aqua Qingdao
(Officially Aller Aqua (Qingdao) Co., Ltd.)
Aller Aqua Qingdao is the Wholly Foreign Owned Subsidiary (WFOE) of Aller
Aqua Group, set up to produce high-quality fish feed for the Chinese market
and for export to East-Asian markets.
It is the first production facility of Aller Aqua in Asia, but will be a part of the
international network of sales and production facilities worldwide. We are as
international as we are local – our customers meet an international company

We expect to start up production end of 2016.
