Responsibility
? 管理 Inside Sales 及 SE 隊伍 ,提供及時和優質的報價服務,並利用Oracle 的數據,改善報價的Resale及Cost,以爭取應得的利潤。
? 協助同事正確使用Oracle系統,善用系統的功能增強工作效率。主動監察Oracle的Performance Metrics,解决流程錯誤及樽頸問題。
? 與銷售﹑客戶代表( Customer Service Mgr) 及Branch Manager建立緊密的聯繫,增進溝通及減少不必要的延誤。
? 為新同事提供Oracle系統的培訓工作。定時監察同事們有關系統使用的問題,以便安排持續的培訓。
Knowledge
· Must have a tertiary education
· A minimum of 3 year experience in a Sales role or have worked in a customer service role gained from the electronics component or high technology industry
· Product knowledge
Skills
· Excellent customer service skills
· Good language skills - English and country-specific local language
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Excellent communication skills (clarity, organized way of thinking)
· Excellent computer skills
· Good time management skills (works well under pressure)
· Proven multi-tasking skills
