职位描述
工作内容：
1、负责前台电话的接听和电话转接，重要事项认真记录并传达给相关人员；
2、负责来访人员的接待和引见；
3、负责前台和咨询接待区的物品摆放和卫生清洁；
4、完成行政部其他相关基础工作。
职位要求：
1、女性，文秘或管理专业，中专及以上学历，本市户口，25岁以下；
2、普通话标准、流利，接受过文书写作、档案管理等方面的培训；
3、熟练掌握基本办公软件的操作，有良好的语言表达能力和沟通能力；
4、形象气质佳，端庄大方、性格开朗，工作细致认真；
5、有相关工作经验者优先。
