职位描述：
Position: IE
Responsible for : Lead projects , Standard cost calculation , Establish project team to assign tasks and Make the project schedules and follow Budget control and investment monitor, Plan and design the overall layout of the workshop and various facilities, Define manufacturing process and evaluate equipments with team, Material preparation for Sample building and production realization before mass production, Work out all SOP documents according to APQP requirement, Monitor capacity trends and ensure balance between CATE and customers, Products and process knowledge training, Lead team to improve process performance (scrap, efficiency, line balance, SC, quality), Maintain and update all SOP documents, Support sourcing team for localization, Support PMC for stock control, Support quality team for internal or customer complain
Request:
1、industrial engineering ,Mechanical Engineering or related subject, College or Bachelor
2、Minimum 2 years manufacturing experience in industry production or management , familiar with the connector assembly or cable assembly
3、good communication skills, teamwork and professionalism, working hard and studying fast
4、good English and computer skill
5、married men in CZ are preferred .
