This program is designed for the high-potential people in both processing excellence and supervision/management and to provide a fast track of development for these people for the first two years of implementation period of Jinan office.

This is a two-year program with the expectation for the people attending this program to grow to Client Specialist within 12 to 18 months and Processing Supervisor within 18 to 24 months.

Job Description
· Manages the day-to-day processing of the client work. Acts as leader of one or several teams dedicated to a

particular client or clients.
· Implements client trials and tests, provides audit function and procedure generation.
· Manages and builds client relationships and maintains the satisfactory service level.
· Trains and develops people; ensures that work performed by team meets quality and timeliness standards.
· Has the opportunity to participate in corporate projects.

Job Requirements
· Bachelor Degree or higher
· At least 2 years work experience; related working experience is preferred.
· Excellent English (both verbal and written)
· Quick learner and problem solver
· Strong interpersonal skills-fosters and cultivates effective relationships within and outside of departments

and teams
· Ability to evaluate individual and group performance and provide effective coaching and feedback
· Role models leadership behaviors and cultural values
· Ability to think tactically and strategically (big picture)
