Job Description:
-Ensure the routine operation running in a smooth and appropriate status
-Set the clear objective and plan, coach and lead the team to achieve the goal
-Optimize the operation related procedure and process in QingDao branch
-Provide support on solving complex customer issues; review customers' feedback and initiate improvement measures.
-Maintain the current customer resource, includes regularly visit the customers, have the business review meeting, settle the complain/problem promptly and so on
Qualification:
- At least 8 years working experience in logistics industry
-Good communication skill , strong team spirit and with strong responsibility sense.
-Strategic in thinking, tactful in approach, persuasive in communication, and persistent in implementation.
