职位描述：
AREAS OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Working instruction (WI) and PFMEA
(i)Prepare the WI and PFMEA for new product
(ii) Discuss with QE and Production to confirm the WI and PFMEA
(iii) Update the WI and PFMEA according to the requst of customer audit or quality improvement or EC etc.
(iv) WI training for operator
2.Tooling modification
(i) Modify the tooling according to the request of customer or quality improvement or EC or efficiency improvement etc.
(ii) Complete and publish the revised tooling drawing
3.Customer Audit and complaint
i) Cooperate with QE and Production to revise relatived documents (WI & PFMEA etc.) for customer audit
(ii) Cooperate with QE and Production to find the root cause and correct action for customer complaint in order to satisfy the customer
4.Project Design
Study the product drawing and project request, Develop and Submit the project plan (include investment, lead time, equipment specification)
5.New Process Development
(i) Completed the DIE design according to the project plan.
(ii) Release the equipment desgin drawing
6.New Process Design Evaluation
Organize and coordinate project related functions for process design evaluation and improvement
in order to avoide the unsuitable design in advance"
7.Project Delivery
(i) Completed the design instruction
(ii) Submit the design instruction and P/R to purchase.
(iii) Provide technical support for equipment conditioning problem

REQUIREMENTS
1.Education, Technical Qualification & Experience: Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering major, 1 years engineering design related working experience
