职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1.Financial and tax report:
   1) Make and examine financial reports to ensure them in Line with Accounting Regulations of German and China
   2) Regularly submit accounting analysis reports to the Company managerial level.
   3) Submit tax reports and pay tax to tax organs on time and correctly based on Chinese stipulations.
2.Plan & Forecast:
  1) Responsible for quarterly forecast and annual financial budget reports.
  2) Responsible for cash flow management to ensure operation needs and in line with Siempelkamp's requirements.
3. Project management:
  1) Participate in sales order quotation and responsible for middle and end product cost and margin analysis;
  2) Keep tracking on accounts with receivable and payable; Accountable for in timely tracking of export settling bills, Intercompany AR/AP reconciliations.
  2) Responsible for management of fixed asset and expanded projects plan.
4.Internal control:
  1) Check purchasing and payment requisition to ensure procedures are implemented correctly.
  2) Responsible for management of ERP system to continuously improve computer management.
  3) Manage inventory and fixed assets counting to ensure assets security.
5.Team management:
  1) Responsible for setting work targets, and review and evaluation for subordinates.
  2) Responsible for subordinates' training, development and improvement.
  3) Responsible for subordinates' safety education, supervision and check.
6. IT management assignments.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in Accounting or related discipline;
2. Certified Public Accountant is preferred;
3. Over 8 years related working experience in foreign-funded enterprises; 3 years' above related working finance management experiences;
4. Proficiency in domestic tax, foreign currency and import & export; internationally esp. in accounting regulations of IFRS or German GAAP;
5. Computer operation, and good English skill in oral & written;
6. Good Skills of communication and negotiation;
