The Role

Reporting to the General Manager:

• Responsible for receiving visitors, handling frequent incoming calls, maintaining good relationship with clients as well as general admin duties
• Meet and greet all business clients and notify hosts of their arrival
• Act as first point of contact for all clients and provide a professional and friendly service as well as deliver an exceptional first impression
• Provide the 'wow' factor to our clients by taking pride in continually keeping the office and common areas spotless and prepared for the next client at all times
• Identify opportunities and proactively up sell Regus products and services
• Coordinate and ensure the smooth running of room bookings and procedures

Ideal Candidate

• High school certification or above with minimum 1 year relevant working experience
• Experience in customer service / hospitality industry will be an advantage
• Cheerful and pleasant personality, self-initiative, willingness to learn with good communication skills and telephone manner
• Excellent command over spoken English and Mandarin
