职位描述：
1. GENERAL SUMMARY:
a. Perform manufacturing engineering assignments associated with integrity of product design to assure manufacturability, build and improve cell’s standard work level.
b. Primary responsibility to improve production productivity and quality and operation training and cell safety prevention
c. Support OTD and reduce material scarp on line.
d. Assist new project introduction from R&D team or migration to Shilu manufacturing and release product support.

2. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
a. Cell QDC daily management.
b. Kaizen to the cells to improve cells productivity and quality
c. Maintain assembly fixture/equipment to prevent production line down
d. Cooperate with R&D to develop assembly & test fixtures of New projects and Migration projects
e. Cooperate with R&D to develop quality control plan and process plan of new project and Migration projects. Develop related SOP.
f. Train operator for new job required skills and certify operator skill level.
g. Support EHS to eliminate/prevent any safety issues in production area.
h. Support ECN/ECO control.
i. Perform other related duties as assigned.

3. REQUIREMENTS:
a. Candidate supposed to with electronic or automatic or electro mechanics education background, with a minimum of 5 years' mechanical technical experience or equivalent combination of experience and education. At least 2 years’ experiences with assembly, machine and equipment.
b. Be familiar with the Auto CAD or Pro-E software. Able to develop and design assembly and test fixture based on project requirement or production requirement.
c. Theories and concepts of manufacturing engineering with acknowledge of lean production and Kaizen is preferred.
d. Friendly attitude and has the patience to work with resource owners as a team
e. Has some trouble shooting skill and can use lean concept to improve process
f. Fluent in both oral and written English.
g. DBS/Lean related knowledge & manufacturing experience or NPI experience is preferred. 举报 分享
