Educational level / Experience
 
· Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Human Resources/Business Admin or law related.
with 10+ years of experience in the similar industry.
 
Skills reqired:
 
· Is seen as HR expert by (senior) managers and senior employees and advises them on HR issues;
· Advises and directs managers to plan and manage the human resource implications of business goals;
· Ensures that HR processes and tools help the business deliver results;
· Advises and coaches managers in leadership competences;
· Is able to facilitate teams in own area and drives team development;
· Is able to manage projects
· Has leadership ability, strong team management;
· Hands on personality, constructive minded, self-motivated;
· Well organized and structured working style;
· Good written and spoken English skills;
· Capable of working under medium stress;
