职位描述：
Responsibilities include:
? Develop advanced electrical and mechanical concepts for new product development programs that perform to stated requirements for strength, cost, and reliability
? Develop electrical designs for both the China and North American market
? Maximizes product profitability and improves product performance
? Works closely with project managers to assure customer focus and meeting target costs
? Provides regular written updates on assigned tasks as related to project work
? Develops method to afford visibility in to resource loading to quickly identify when there are issues
? Generates electromagnetic designs as required for development programs
? Perform these and other duties and responsibilities through self-initiative, leadership and collaboration to achieve NPD goals

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
? BS ME/EE Engineering
? Knowledge of electric motor applications and methods of manufacturing preferred
? 3 - 5 years related work experience in an engineering management role preferred
? Experience with permanent magnet motor design
? Experience with induction motor design, switched reluctance design a plus
? Experience with the following electromagnetic design software preferred: SPEED, JMAG, ANSYS, MAXWELL
? Knowledge of other software tools used for product development such as CAD and FEA
? Speaks fluent English
? Possess strong problem-solving skills
? Effective written and oral communication skills
? Creative, ‘out-of-the-box’ thinking
? Actively searches for best-in-class technologies among competitors
? Ability to handle competing demands and multi-tasking requirements
? Experience with MS Office products
? Familiar with the Stage/Gate project management process
? Leadership skills, conflict management, adaptable to changes 举报 分享
