Profit, located in Belgium (Erembodegem) and China (Qingdao), is active in the fire protection market. Our core business consists of purchasing and distributing grooved couplings, fittings and other related products.

QUALITY CONTROL ENGINEER

Job Location: Qingdao, Hetao Export Processing Zone
The job is part time in Laiyang and part time in Qingdao.
Reports to: Operations Manager

Profile Description:
- You have a college degree or above in Engineering or its equivalent.
- You can work in both English and Chinese; you can use English to finish daily reports.
- You are able to interact effectively with all levels of employees and management.
- You can work with AutoCAD for drawings.
- Your have proficient knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- You have a strong ability to manage time effectively along with strong organizational skills.
- You have strong technical and problem solving skills.
- You can work independently, and you are a fast learner. You are earnest and responsible.

Job Description:
You are responsible for the daily Quality Control on the products.

What we’re looking for:
? +- 5 years’ experience
? Lives in Qingdao. Downtown Qingdao is easier transportation wise
? Engineer diploma
? Technical experience
? Knows how to work with autocad
? Knowledge of English is a plus


Key Activities:
- Test and Inspect parts, products and/or processes to ensure conformance with standards.
- Inspect finished products for compliance with both the specifications and the purchase orders.
- Observe and monitor production and packaging line to ensure conformance to the plans and specifications. Process and control packaging lists.
- Inspect materials or products using variable measuring instruments, such as calipers and torque testers. Collect or select samples for testing.
- Compare products with specifications to detect irregularities and defects. Verify that deficiencies are corrected.
- Keep track and document inspection results on the PC. Keep documentation up to date and accurate. (in English)
- Recommend, support and implement continuous process improvements and participate in corrective actions and problem solving activities.
- Collect feedback from suppliers to evaluate quality concerns.
- Communicate quality concerns to the supplier to ensure they know and understand what product/process has failed. (in Chinese)
- Complete inspection and observation reports to be turned in on a daily basis to the QC Manager (in English). Communicate insights and solutions to the QC Manager to improve quality issues.

工作描述
负责日常质量控制：
* 检查部件，产品和/或处理确保符合标准。
* 检查成品规格和采购订单。
* 观察监督生产和包装线确保计划和规格，过程，和控制装箱单。
* 运用多种工具检查材料和产品，例如塞规和扭矩检测仪。采集样品用于检测。
* 对比产品规格，检查不正规和差错。更正差别错误。
* 用电脑记录追踪质检文件。及时更新确保准确（英文文件）。
* 推荐，支持和执行持续性的过程，跟进参与正确的行动和问题解决行动。
* 收集供应商反馈评价质量问题。
* 与供应商沟通质量相关问题，确保他们了解并知晓什么产品、进程失败（中文）。
* 完成质检和观察报告，每天汇报给质检经理（英文）。 与质检经理交流观察和解决完善质量问题。
