Responsibilities:
1. Perform standard planning activities to ensure the timely and accurate supply of the material for manufacturing.
2. To analyze sales forecast and actual sales order; communicate with sales team on order status and demand forecast to improve production planning effectiveness
3. Schedule weekly/monthly production planning to relation department and monitor performance against plan,
4. Communicate closely with Sales, Purchasing, Production & Customer Service teams to ensure proper production schedule to meet delivery deadlines.
5. Plan and maintain proper levels of material to support the production schedule, execute the master schedule and coordinate the introduction of new products within the factory. Schedule load centers to achieve optimal levels of customer service, inventory and asset utilization.
6. Analyze MRP report and take appropriate action. Write and release shop orders/purchase requisitions on a timely basis to achieve the production plan.
7. Provide/confirm schedule-shipping dates to customer service. Must execute plan to make prior commitments.
8. Actively involved in cost and lead-time reduction, alternate sources, documentation, and communication to achieve targeted introductions.
9. Analyze on a continuous basis product lead time, lot size and safety stock levels.
10.Communicate and cooperate with Production Lines, Warehouse for materials status review and maintain accuracy of system data.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree;
2. 3 years experience in related field in Manufacturing environment, 3+ years on planning & scheduling in multi-national company;
3. Fluent English in spoken & written;
4. Familiar with ERP system,
5. Be proficient in Microsoft Office,
6. Team play, can work under pressure
7. Good communication and interpersonal skills

长春分公司：位于长春长春市农安县合隆镇（合隆经济开发区孙菜园子村）。主要业务为标准动车组、城际铁路动车组、地铁车辆、轻轨车辆等提供车门系统提供产品和服务。车门类型包含塞拉门，内藏式移门，外挂式移门，折页门等产品。
长春分公司组织结构包括生产、工艺、质检、仓储；生产工序主要由加工、装配、试验三大部分组成。
