Job Description:
? Order Receiving (from fax or customer Website download);
? Data maintenance for Unilever and customer barcode mapping;
? Order key in according to customer requirement: timely and accuracy;
? Exceptional order transaction;
? Order tracking: to ensure all key-in orders are in the normal flow to next process;
? Order archive: all original order should be archived completely and clearly identified;
? Order allocation according to company policy.

Position Requirements:
? Good at oral and written English;
? Good at Office software operation, especially at Excel;
? Stable, careful, able to work under pressure, with team work spirit;
? College degree or above;
? 1 year above related work or admin/sales assistant experience is preferred.
