Qualifications:
1.Graduate from High school minimum
2.English language fluency a bonus
3.Knowledge or prior experience in pharmacy field will be given priority
Skills:
1.Self motivated and work efficiently

3.Follow through with assigned tasks
4.Good customer service skill and telephone etiquette
5.Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time and able to work in a fast pace working environment
Knowledge:
1.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and pharmacy computer system
2.Need to be able to process telephone calls in an efficient manner
3.Knowledge of medication names and pharmacy terms expected after training
Responsibilities:
Pharmacy Daily Operation:
1.Answer and triage all incoming telephone calls. Provide information when appropriate or forward to pharmacists
2.Assist pharmacists to prepare the medications and compounding
3.Maintain cleanliness of the pharmacy and stock room.
4.Preparation of IV admixtures under the PIVA policies and guidelines, under supervision of the pharmacist
Pharmacy Inventory Management:
1.Assist in evaluating current purchase process and device an purchase workflow to best suit BJU needs, follow with implementation and evaluation (short term project)
2.Assist inventory person in ensuring inventory is maintained according to policies.
3.Stock shelves and perform basic inventory projects when required
4.Manage information database from i-pharmacy computer system
5.Label medication ampoules
6.Participate in periodic stock check to ensure accuracy of our stock.
