职位描述：
1.Receive orders from customers and conduct all related PO(gallery&spa) acceptance tasks (confirm compliance with related Interco’s quotation, customer contract and standards etc) and finally confirm order acceptance to client and insert the order into IT system.
2.Ensure any required samples are submitted to client and solicit customer approvals in a timely manner.
3.Monitor status of the order, update customer on a regular and timely manner.
4.Interfaces with logistics to organize transport arrangements. Prepares preliminary shipping requests and documentation
5.Communicate with customer concerning all issues that may arise during production and interfacing with all related internal departments.
6.Managing all the subcontract suppliers, including release the order, arrange the shipment, keep tracking PO.
7.Provide information and support finance department with credit recovery activities.
8.Negotiate with supplier about price, quality, and lead time, MOQ, SPQ.
9.Fully understand the product Shelf circling/life, to ensure the supply chain efficiency.
10.Responsible for sourcing suitable supplier based on use departments’ purchasing requirement.
