Position Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Lead team on project and programs implementation by coordinate cross-functional interdepartmental activities.领导团队各项目执行，协调跨部门有关制造工程事务。
2. Drive team growth by developing team member.培养团队成员，带领团队成长。
3. Supervise and coordinate the efforts of each assembly advanced manufacturing engineer to ensure all NPD and key projects go smoothly.引导并协调各装配先期制造团队的工作，以保证NPD及重要项目的顺利进行。
4. Help the team to develop and design all processes flow for a current and new products, provide sufficient technical support to Sustaining ME team and production dept, and respond to customer. 领导团队设计各种相关流程，为Sustaining ME团队及生产部门和客户提供稳定的技术支持。
5. Direct integration of new products transferring, technical procedures, proper tooling & jigs. Develop and implement the facility/manual tools investment plan, evaluate tooling development to maximize the material usage and process time.指导新产品的转移、技术流程、工具与夹具等方面的工作。设计并执行工具购买计划。
6. Implement process and procedures to continuously improve production efficiency and reduction in cycle times. Meet productivity goals through continuous effort and direction. Support continuous improvement Projects for engineering and manufacturing cost reductions.持续提高生产效率，缩短生产周期，并持续降低工程和生产成本。
7. Other tasks assigned by manager. 其他由其经理安排的工作。

Experience and Skills Required:
经验和技能要求
1. Bachelor degree or above.本科学历及以上
2. Above 8 years’ experience in manufacturing engineering, experience in IE, Lean or project management is plus（外资机械行业）8年以上制造工程相关工作经验，具备工业工程、Lean或项目管理经验
3. Above 3 years’ experience in team management 3年以上团队管理经验
4. Strong problem solving skills and ability to troubleshoot.极强的问题解决技巧和异常处理能力
