职位描述：
Job Description
? Responsible for sales, business development and marketing related activities in China.
? Acquisition of new business via contacting potential customers in China; generating request for quotation (RFQs).
? Establishing and maintaining relationship with current accounts with view to grow the share of business with these accounts and cross-sell additional services.
? Coordinate and align trade lane development with overseas office & agents.
? Establish a strong commercial sales team in China to enter new / additional markets particularly out-of-gauge and heavy lift cargo customers.
? Meet sales budget measured by revenue and gross profit.
? Report on a monthly basis sales and business development progress, new wins and sales pipeline.
? Coordinate and align pricing and gross profit margins with product and company management with view to gaining strategically profitable business with customers.

Requirement:
? Must be able to sell directly to customers as well as building a sales and business development team over time.
? Min. 8-10 years’ proven track record in international logistics sales, freight forwarding sales and particularly business development and sales in project business (out-of gauge and heavy lift projects).
? Strong experience in industry verticals such as oil & gas, industrial machinery, power generation (wind, hydropower, etc.).
? In-depth understanding of the project logistics market in China & Asia is a must, with existing strong relationship with customers.
? BA degree or above, excellent communication, presentation and networking skills.
? Excellent Mandarin and English language skills is a must. 举报 分享
