职位描述：

Responsibilities：

· Develop and maintain a bill of materials

· Direct the efforts of the design department to achieve high quality, manufactural designs.

· Initiate and update the engineer documents such as ADV, DFMEA, SPC, APQP submission, and Customer Milestone Output submission

· Collect and record engineering input from customer in control. Share customer input information with team.

· Create and maintain an open issue list for their program. Project-related coordination with supplier and customers

· Release well-qualified designs for tooling and production.

· The Product Engineer interfaces with customer representatives along with the plant personnel for the resolution of any problems with in-process or final product acceptance.

· Works directly with customers to address and resolve technical issues and concerns as they arise.

· Monitor simulation and Validation procedure for requirement define, result analyses and issue solutions.

· Engineering service for system/product launch – tooling tryout and cubing match.

· Other duties as deemed necessary by Director.

Professional Competencies ：

· Bachelor degree (Engineering) or relevant experience required

· Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive engineering or design

· Must have working knowledge of TS16949, QS 9000, ISO 14001 policies and procedures which include APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow, Statistical Methods (SPC) etc.

· Understand and know about the Interiors system/component specifications (STS/CTS), technical standards, critical part characteristics and required process controls

· Familiar with most kinds of interior manufacturing processes. Familiar with automotive plastics design guild-line and manufacturing technical knowledge. Especially familiar with IP/CNSL product and IP/CNSL manufacture process.

· Knowledge of materials and process solutions for color trim and VAVE.

· Familiar with geometric design (GDT and RPS), tolerance, and checking fixtures

· Functional verbal and written skills in English

· Satisfactory organizational skills and team work.

· Capable of operating CAD— CATIA
