职位描述：
岗位职责
1、负责各项工作流程的建立、修订和完善，统筹领导、主持监督部门各项工作，协调各方资
源，确保本部门各项职能的实现；
 2、负责根据销管部的经营发展战略和计划，编制本部门全年目标分解和工作计划，并负责监督实施；
3、负责本部门管理制度的制定和完善，并组织实施；
4、负责部门人员的管理工作，根据下达的各项任务指标和工作流程所规定的时效，公平、公
正、公开地对部门人员进行考核；
5、负责根据营销中心销管部薪酬体系，确定各岗位工资标准及激励机制；以提升人员积极性、主动性；
 6、负责定期向相关部门通报客户意见、建议，并提出合理的解决方案供参考；
7、负责做好综合协调各地区的销售工作；
8、协助建立销售管理体系；
9、完成年度销售目标。
任职要求：
1、教育背景：本科及以上学历，专业不限；

2、工作经验：10年左右工作经历，5年以上销售管理经历 举报 分享
