Job Description:
1) Rates negotiation (with carriers and coloaders)
- Daily Filing rates, tariffs collection, archive FAK/NAC
- Daily spot negotiations and communication with colleagues overseas to offer best prices.
- Constant follow up of the shipment from the moment in which the RFQ is done until the goods are loaded on vessel.
2) Follow –up
Beside above point 1, need to offer support for:
Wrong invoices, free time extension, Demurrage/Detention charges waive, COD/Re-export and MB/L correction damage fees waive, booking check with operative team, check with agents for correct booking, re-negotiation of the rate after booking is closed for optimization.
3) Tender
Beside the above mentioned daily routine, there are on monthly bases the bids/tender that the candidate need to closely follow by performing the following tasks:
- Collection of rates from different players in the market
- Comparisons of rate levels by filling detailed matrix and tabs.
4) some commercial activities related to selling our services to partners and other Freight forwarders (member of WCA or similar)

Equipment: Dry Van / Open tops (in and out of Gauge) / Flat rack (in and out of gauge).
a) Intra Asia (import e export) Main countries: Japan/China/Thailand/Vietnam/Bangladesh/Myanmar
b) Export to Worldwide from: China, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, all South East Asia, India
c) Limited cases of Import from Worldwide to: China, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, all South East Asia, India
