岗位职责：
1、负责建立、完善、实施质量管理架构及体系，参与公司质量方针、计划的制定，负责质量管理体系的推动和正常运行；
2、负责组织质量检验标准及管理制度的制定，管控产品的进料、过程及出货检验，确保产品始终处于有效控制状态；
3、组织并参与对供应商的开发，及质量管理、质量评估工作；
4、对客户反馈、投诉及相关产品质量问题进行分析，及时提出处理意见；
5、有计划地定期组织检验人员及其他相关岗位人员的质量教育培训工作；
6、负责组织质量检验原始数据的整理，分析质量的控制和月质量分析工作，编写质量动态报告，作为质量信息反应生产中的问题；
7、负责建立质量部门全体人员的绩效考核制度，不断改善本部门的管理；
8、完成上级交办的其他工作及其他质量管理的日常工作。
任职要求：
1、全日制本科及以上学历；电子、材料、管理、机械等相关专业；
2、 5年以上工作经验，2年以上质量部门负责人管理经验；
3、通晓质量管理与具体方法、产品技术规格性能、产品检验标准和质检相关知识；具备相关管理知识、质量管理体系等方面的知识；
4、 掌握办公软件使用方法。
