职位描述
Training Activities
? Be responsible for leading all training activities - Develop comprehensive training plan and ensure effective implementation
? Evaluate team and associates training needs with the purpose to enhance our competency and quality compliance, execute local group training activities including planning, organizing and implementing based on training needs
? Customize global or regional training courses and deliver them to the development local team
? Find proper internal/external trainer for the development team
? Work as trainer for specific areas
Training Records Management
? Ensure training records folders are properly set up, filed and archived centrally by team assistants
? Review individual training records randomly every quarter and report training records issues to line managers
? Work closely with line mangers to follow up training records issues
? Keep group training records and archive training records for those who no longer work in the department
Cross-functional Cooperation
? Work closely with line managers to find an effective way to enhance operations quality from the aspect of training
? Work as the main training contact person in China to deliver global and regional training information to local
Talent Development
? Coordinate Talent Review process in quarterly basis
? Execute and follow up IDP( Individual Development Plan) progress
1. At least 5 years experience in training role
2. Solid understanding of FMCG industry.
3. Expertise in communication, managing multiple priorities and computer literacy.
4. Proven organization skills with demonstrated expertise in working on teams.
5 Bachelor or Master degree
WORKING RELATIONSHIP
