Job description:

? As a key member of the company leadership working tigether with the CEO to define the business strategy and cooperate with the mother company group for the intercompany and global business.
? Leading and managing the sales department to develop new sales market and remain the existing customers as well to fulfill the yearly sales target.
? Setting up the yearly marketing plan, and leading and supervising the correct marketing activities, including marketing promotion, and market info collection and analysis.
? Responsible the after-market relationship, and working together well with Quality and other departments to build up a solid customer-care service.
? Providing the feedback from the market about the product improvement, new technology and market trend to the company on time.

Qualification:

? Fluent Spoken English is a compulsory
? 2+ years sales manager experience is needed
? Market experience for Composite material or Plastics material will be a plus
? Often busines travelling is demanded
