职位描述：
1. Assess supplier's ability comprehensively to comply with STIHL requirements;
2. Support for DFM by professional knowledge and coordination;
3. Verify purchased parts comply with requirements and specifications during APQP;
4. Perform process audits according to STIHL requirement and industry standards;
5. Follow up corrective actions until closure of all findings;
6. Regularly monitor and review with responsible supplier on supplier performance, and drive for improvement;
7. Support organization and take over escalated issues in assembling line;
8. Support suppliers with expertise knowledge of quality tools
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, major in Mechanical or mechatronics;
2. Minimum 5 years working experience as an Engineer;
3. Theoretical knowledge and practical experience of quality tools, including APQP,FMEA,SPC,MSA
4. Experience in die-casting, machining process and part development
5. Experience in project management
6. SAP experience is preferred;
7. Team work player, target oriented, strategy thinking;
8. Good at learning and passion for development;
9. Good command of English skills, both written and oral;
